Kumon Mathematics and English coming soon to Lynwood, Perth!
Kumon Mathematics and English is coming to Lynwood, Perth, to support all children to develop their mathematics and English. Kumon Lynwood Education Centre will be Perth’s 40th Kumon centre.
Kumon Lynwood will be led by Dian Rasid, a former psychologist, who discovered Kumon when she wanted to supplement the learning of her then four-year-old child.
“As a psychologist by training, I believe strongly that children have infinite growing potential”, Dian said.
“The early years are extremely important in setting the child’s development. [When] having the right fundamentals, children will be able to maximise their fullest potential.”
Dian said she wants Kumon Lynwood to be an essential support for the community and a place where parents are actively involved in their children’s learning.
“I hope I can work closely with parents and students to nurture successful individuals who reach their full potential”, Dian said.“I hope the centre can also be a pillar of support and a place that the community can rely on.”
Kumon Lynwood Education Centre opens on 15 January 2021. It will be located at Shop 2/6-12 Lynwood Avenue, Lynwood, WA 6147.
