Kumon Browns Plains Education Centre, located in Brisbane’s south, is now operating under the guidance of a new Instructor, Jane Guo.

Jane is a Kumon parent with a background in admissions for educational institutions, supporting international students, local students, and their families from diverse backgrounds. Seeing the benefits of Kumon in her own daughter, motivated Jane to become the new Instructor of Kumon Browns Plains.

“My daughter is a Kumon student. Through her growth I have seen the positive impact Kumon has on children’s confidence and independent learning,” Jane says. “I also look forward to supporting the many young families in this growing local community.”

Jane believes that Kumon can contribute to the Browns Plains community through helping local children develop confidence in the basics of maths and reading.

“Through developing good study habits and independent learning skills, children can build confidence in mathematics and reading,” Jane says. “I hope students will gain confidence, good study habits, and independent learning skills through Kumon.”

“I also hope families feel supported and encouraged as they see their children gradually grow and develop over time.”

Kumon Browns Plains is located at Unit 4, 123 Browns Plains Road, Browns Plains, QLD 4118. Classes operate on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons from 3:30pm to 6:00pm.

“I hope to get to know the students and families at the centre and accompany every child on their Kumon learning journey,” Jane says.
