The role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with customer service and consultation skills to work with franchisees in all facets of business development as well as providing them with educational support. With full training, ongoing mentoring and support, you will work with and guide franchisees across NSW to achieve their business goals.
In this role, you will:
- Visit our franchise locations across Sydney and our office located in Chatswood.
- Travel interstate and locally with overnight stays.
- Establish and maintain trusting relationships with franchisees
- Motivate franchisees to meet student enrolment, student retention and instructional goals
- Implement development plans and proposals to provide support that leads to student and business growth
- Resolve conflict and provide business solutions in consultation with the team leader and franchisee
- Be a positive ambassador in the promotion of our brand!
What do you need to succeed in this early career role?
- A tertiary qualification in any field (essential)
- A current driver’s licence and own vehicle (essential)
- Strong customer focus (relationship management is highly desirable)
- A passion for the growth and development of children
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Business acumen and results orientated mindset
- Strong problem solving and organisational skills
