Field Support Coordinator (Sydney)

The role
We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Field Support team based in Chatswood, Sydney. You will be responsible for the administration of projects and daily work within the Field Support team, as well as providing administrative support to Field Divisions across Australia and New Zealand.
In this role, you will:
- Support our franchisees and staff with monthly reporting and system use
- Create monthly reports
- Ensure accuracy of records and communicate any changes promptly to all relevant teams
- Coordinate the setup of new franchise sites, relocation of existing franchises, and updating existing sites
- Ensure franchise documents are created, signed and recorded
- Communicate with our warehouse to deliver materials to our franchisees
- Liaise with external suppliers to organise business cards, name badges, flyers, certificates, student medals, etc.
- Assist staff and franchisees with operational, policy and process queries
- Coordinate franchisees’ packages and queries for national events and conferences
- Provide general operational support as required
What do you need to succeed in this early career role?
- Tertiary qualification from a recognised university (a qualification in Business or Business Administration would be an advantage)
- Relevant experience in office administration (at least three years)
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Methodical and purpose-orientated mindset
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask
- Ability to work at a fast pace and with tight deadlines
- Proof reading skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and work in a team
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Photoshop and DocuSign skills would be an advantage)
